Head of Values Ian is chosen to chair the Damage Limitation meeting, one of whose tasks is to decide whether news reporter Evan Davis should appear in Strictly Come Dancing. Siobhan is enthusiastic but nobody else is. The Director General's proposal that the team joins a Pilates class also meets with a mixed reception. Producer Lucy Freeman is so frustrated by the stupidity of department heads that she considers leaving the BBC whilst Will, now Ian's official P.A., annoys another young assistant Jack by making his admiration for colleague Izzy all too obvious.
