When a girl who's the daughter of a prominent businessman is kidnapped. SIS is assigned to handle it. Frank and Kyle go to the parents' and wait for the kidnappers to call. Thy call make a ransom demand and Frank talks to them and negotiates with them. They agree to a meet and Frank and Kyle bring the money. The exchange was talking place when some people show up and kill the men they were meeting and tell Frank that they're the ones behind the kidnapping and tells them to tell the father the price has gone up. Frank thinks this is more than just a kidnapping. He thinks the father knows more than he is telling. Frank was told not to lean on the father but he finds a way.
