Alicia and Diane represent Eddie Fornam who is about to be executed for two murders that he still insists he did not commit. When the medical technicians are unable to find a vein suitable for administering the lethal injection - they try for over two hours - Diane demands they delay the execution as Eddie's rights are being violated. They contact famed lawyer Barry Scheck to use Eddie's case as evidence in his own class action suit in the courts. They also discover that the snitch who testified at Eddie's trial is alive, contrary to what they had been led to believe. Meanwhile, Alicia and Cary Agos are proceeding with their plan to open their own firm. She wants it kept all hush-hush but word begins to leak out. It gets particularly uncomfortable when the other partners ask her to get information from Carey on what may be happening. Written by garykmcd
