Welcome to Sydney's Bondi Beach. Here tourists, backpackers, and locals flock to a busy tattoo studio, run by flamboyant manager Josh. With a sharp eye for customer service and an even sharper tongue, Josh keeps everyone on their toes. Studio owner John is working the room. As a practical joker he attempts to make his clients feel at home. First client of the day is Anastasia - a Russian born pocket-rocket who is getting a cover-up of an old tattoo that she no longer wants. She keeps the studio entertained with tales of her burlesque dancing, a nipple-licking gay cat, and the number of men Anastasia has slept with. An Indian brother and sister want to commemorate their mother, who recently passed away. For Kartik, it's his second tattoo, but first timer Khyati is extremely nervous.
