After Cartman receives $2 from the tooth fairy for his lost tooth, the boys hatch a plan to get rich by stealing all the lost teeth they can find. Their plan goes awry, however, when it's revealed that there is already a tooth fairy mafia operating in the neighborhood, and the Godfather doesn't like these newcomers muscling in on his action.
