Having found the murder weapon in Rob's room and disposed of it Claire confronts him but he denies killing Walsh and in addition they must deal with Peter's suicide. Louise panics as Juliet appears suspicious of both families but Juliet is herself troubled when the drug-dealing in which she is involved to help her sick daughter claims a victim. The double funeral takes place with Bill, unaware of his affair with Moira, sacking Alistair and Moira shocked to learn that Bill has kept his terminal illness from her.
