An unwell Adam has been staying with his parents for the week and Martin and Jonny are irritated by Jackie molly-coddling him. The boys set out to return Grandma's glasses to her house but disaster strikes when they get locked out of Adam's car and Adam ends up wearing only his pyjama top, demanding Jonny gives him his shirt to wrap around himself. Fortunately Jim has just passed his driving test and stops to give them a lift.
