Katie's Fish House is one of the busiest fisheries in the Gulf of Mexico, and a recent quota increase has made them even busier. Nick not only has to deal with the demands of a bustling fish house, but also his overbearing father, Buddy, critiquing his every move. Things get even more heated when Buddy finds out that one of his captains brought in a batch of bad Red Snapper under Nicks watch. Ricky, still trying to find a place at Katie's, decides to try and take the fishery online. However, his website gets less than stellar reviews from Nick. Meanwhile, needing to pick up the slack from some of his captains, Buddy tells Hans he needs to stop lollygagging on land and hit the open water to help Katie's meet their quota. Hans, his newly patched ship, and his ragtag crew are put in a race against the clock to catch his quota in fish before it is due.
